Technology has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. What began as childhood curiosity quickly grew into a lifelong passion for building, repairing, and understanding computers at a deep level. For more than three decades, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people solve technical problems, establish their companies online, and get the most out of the technology they rely on every day.
Throughout the years, I’ve worked in computer repair, graphic design, electronics restoration, website development, data recovery, and government-level technical support. My experience includes warranty service for major manufacturers such as HP, Dell, and IBM, as well as contract work for public agencies including county governments, the University of Hawaii, and the National Park Service. These opportunities shaped a service approach built on precision, reliability, and genuine care for the customer.
Today, Summit Web Co brings that lifetime of experience to the Kansas City community. My focus is simple: honest service, clear communication, and dependable technical solutions for local small businesses.
1990
My journey with computers began in 1990, when I was 12 years old. My grandmother purchased my very first PC from the Home Shopping Network. It featured an Intel i486 processor running at 33 MHz, 4 MB of RAM, and a 100 MB hard drive.
Within a few weeks, I asked her to take me to a local computer store, where I purchased my first upgrades—an 8 MB RAM kit and a 200 MB hard drive. She recognized my passion for technology early on and continually encouraged me to learn, explore, and grow.
By age 14, I was building my own custom computers. By 15, I was building and repairing systems for family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers throughout my community.
1998
I began working in a local print shop, where I designed and prepared content for flyers, brochures, business cards, and more. During this time, I learned to use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design tools, while gaining valuable experience in the printing industry.
2000
I joined one of eBay’s Top-10 sellers at the time, a company specializing in returned electronics and computers purchased in bulk. I worked as a computer technician, repairing computers and a wide range of electronic equipment. Through this employer, I also started to learn website design and troubleshooting.
2005
I moved to Hawaii and started my own business building and repairing computers. I also expanded into website development and began offering professional data recovery services.
2015
After ten years in Hawaii, I transitioned into contract work for multiple technology companies across the islands. I performed warranty service for major manufacturers including HP, Dell, and IBM, and completed technical contract work for county governments, the University of Hawaii, the National Park Service, and other public organizations.
2026
I returned to Missouri and founded Summit Web Co. My mission is to build lasting relationships and provide expert level website design, and web hosting services to individuals and businesses throughout the Kansas City area.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
01
Honest, Straight-forward Service
Technology problems are stressful enough without confusing explanations or hidden costs. Every repair begins with clear communication, honest answers, and straightforward pricing so you always know exactly what to expect. The goal is simple: fix the problem the right way and treat people with respect from start to finish.
02
Practical Solutions That Make Sense
Not every computer needs an expensive repair or full replacement. Careful diagnosis helps determine whether a simple upgrade, cleanup, or targeted fix can restore reliable performance. Recommendations are always based on what genuinely benefits you—not what creates the biggest bill.
03
Quality Work Done with Care
Every system is handled as if it were my own. From protecting your data and privacy to using dependable parts and proven repair methods, attention to detail matters at every step. Reliable results and long-term stability are always more important than quick shortcuts.
04
Local, Personal Support You Can Trust
Summit PC Repair is built on helping real people in the local community. When you call or bring in a computer, you’re working directly with the person performing the repair—someone who cares about doing the job right and being here when you need help again in the future.
